Estimates and quotes

Information submitted through the quote form is a request only and does not create a contract. Pricing shared by phone, email or on this site is an estimate based on the details provided and is subject to a site visit, final measurements, soil and access conditions, permits, and current material costs.

Contracts and scheduling

All work is performed under a separate written agreement signed before work begins, which controls scope, price, payment schedule and timeline. Schedules are estimates and may shift due to weather, inspections, permitting or material availability.

Nature of concrete

Concrete is a natural material. Variations in color, texture and finish are normal, and hairline or shrinkage cracking can occur even with proper base preparation, reinforcement, jointing and curing. We build to accepted industry standards but do not guarantee that concrete will not crack or discolor.

Site conditions and utilities

Property owners are responsible for disclosing known private utilities, irrigation, septic systems and easements, and for property line accuracy. We are not responsible for damage to undisclosed or unmarked items.
